I think you'll find both products are pretty much equally suggested. I've never used the Trend product but have had GREAT results with Antigen. So, I recommend Antigen to you sir. ;o)

If you would not mind, please email it to me.

Also, why Antigen as opposed to Trend?

Thanks.

I have a copy of the hot fix, applied it couple of months ago. Worked fine, I no longer need to worry about #2, 3 and 11.

I can email it if anybody's interested. Zipped version is over 3Mb so make sure your message size limit is set accordingly.

I hear all-new, latest-the-greatest GroupShield 5 is going to be out soon but I'm not looking forward to find out if it's any good - my next anti-virus is ANTIGEN!

Already contacted Trend and notified my customers to expect the move. NAI has been miserable in supporting this since 4.5 was introduced.

Miserable product, miserable support. Winning combination.

I got the hotfix, with pretty much no screaming necessary.  I asked the tech why they wont post it, and they said it would break more than it would fix.  How about that for a product...

Should we be looking at something else than NAI?

Just 1 or 2 things. I'm going to try to call today. If anybody has the fix, would be nice to get it rather than call and convince them otherwise.

thanks
