I have a user who had a rule within Outlook to forward all incoming mail to her Blackberry pager. She uses earthlink as her provider. The rule no longer works since we upgraded the server to Windows 2000. I had her delete the old rule and create another. No luck. I then set up a rule to do the same in my Outlook profile. I made a rule that would forward anything coming to my inbox out to a hotmail account. No luck either.
I then went into Exchange System Manger and found the settings for Internet Message Formats and added both earthlink and hotmail as domains that could have mail forwarded out to them. Still no luck. Any ideas? We are using a Send Mail gateway but it does not look at the 'from' and should push out anything that gets to it.
