IMAP Errors

We are running Outlook 2002 with Exchange 2000 SP2 on Win2K SP1.  On the Client they keep getting a message saying:   Your server has reported a UID which does not comply with the IMAP standard.  This typically indicates a server bug.  Your program may not function properly after this.   Account: servername.domainname MsgSeqNum 36, New UID 3003, Prev UID: 3003; Next UID: 0.
