Thanks, guys! Just so I've got this right, you're saying these extra "hidden" CA fields cannot be added into the Mailbox Details Template that we're editing (i.e. the Property screen you see when you right-click on a name in the GAL). But I assume they can be exported; we're setting up a central employee information database which extracts info from our HR, Exchange, and Telecom databases and then feeds shared information back to those databases ... and I assume that these fields could be used for that purpose. Please correct me as required.
