I have tried it a couple ways, but I'm changing the scheme of our usernames from firstnamelastinitial to firstinitiallastname. I was successful in getting a user to be able to access OWA after changing their username, but I had to reset everything for this account because I deleted the old account and created a new one, then went into Exchange and changed that user's link to username.
