Tombstone

Does anyone know how to change the default tombstone in exchange? I remember the procedure was to export the boxes and change the period however I have lost the Technet Article and can not find it now. thanks List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm
