monitoring this list is pretty good learning material...but it's all pretty useless and boring unless you can set yourself a network up with an exchange server. When I was learning (well, when I started...If you've finished learning, why are you here?) I set one up at home...all the users were either me, my girlfriend, or my cat, so if I crashed it in the name of education it wasn't a big deal.
