Relay too secure??

Hi All,   I have a small exchange server (only one on site) it gets email from POPBeamer which in turn sends it onto exchange to be processed.    I have noticed that since I turned the relay and anti-spam (Q196626) that the user on the network cant send email OUTWITH the organization ... am I missing something there?   Any pointers/help would be appreciated List Charter and FAQ at: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/exchange_list_charter.htm
