I just have to join in on the CA bashing... My experience has also been that the techs are hard to understand due to their accents and/or lack of command of the English language. The last "incident" we had was due to the licensing portion of their software. The tech informed me that the licensing portion included in our purchased software was buggy and he had me download another version...which was also non-functional!!! I truly despise that product and am so happy we will soon be able to trash it.
