My question is...where is delegate and folder information stored? And is
there a tool OTHER THAN Outlook that will allow me to alter users' delegates
and folder permissions? I don't see any way to do it through Exchange
Admin...

Where and how are delegate access and Outlook folder permissions stored?
They're obviously on the server, but where? Can these be centrally managed?
Exchange Admin doesn't appear to give any control over it.
I've looked for this info for some time now; google doesn't help, nor does
TechNet. If anyone can point me to a tool that would permit me to manage
this, I'd appreciate it.
