What was the actual error message? Was there an Event ID? Have you ensured you have permissions to the Org, Site and Configuration container?

Ther PDC is running NT 4.0 SP6a and I have an Exchange 5.5 server. The Domian Administrator account is different than the Exchange Admin. account. I am logged into the Exchange server as the Exchange Admin. The Exchange Admin has NT rights as exchange server, Administrator, and Domain Admin. In exchange, all the rights are Permission Admin. When I try to create a new mailbox for existing NT account users, I get an error that the e-mail address could not be created and that an error has been logged to the event viewer. When I look into the event viewer the error tells me that I do not have sufficient permissions to create the e-mail address. There are previous mailboxes for other users that were created in the past. This problem just emerged about three weeks ago and I am the only Exhange Admin and I have not changed anything. Any suggestions what-so-ever would be greatly appreciated. I am running out of time and these users are military and are screaming for e-mail. Thank you, Kimberly L.
