I have a question about how to import mail files, specifically .ost files !
I have an .ost file from an existing NT account created earlier say "james" and the "james" as the name of this mailbox. Now the guy is gone and I had deleted this account. But now we have decided to recreate his account because we want to redirect his mail to someone else. I am able to recreate the account and mailbox without any problems but I need to see his previous mail that is stored from the .ost file! Is there a way I can import/merger from Outlook client or from the Exchange server to get his existing .ost file into this newly created mailbox?
When I set the .ost to the path of the old mailbox it says that it isn't the right mailbox so it can't be used!
