Strange problem. Running Exch 5.5 sp3 (soon to be sp4) on NT 4. Outlook 2000 client.
We created custom recipients for users at a firm we are merging with. When we send email with attachments they do not receive the attachments. If we send to them using a contact or type the address the attachments are delivered fine. We also run Groupshield but it does not appear to blocking the files. The recipients are using Groupwise 4.x Groupwise client, if it matters.
