I have setup a VERY simple rule: to forward a message to a pager. This
pager has an SMTP address.

RULE:
When a Message arrives with the following subject: "PAGER", forward it To:
Outlook CONTACT, Exchange CUSTOM RECIPIENT, Exchange RECIPIENT.

After applying this rule, I send a message to the account with the word
PAGER in the subject field. Instantly, Exchange forwards this target
message to another EXCHANGE RECIPIENT. It will NOT send it to the Outlook
CONTACT that I have created (Pager's SMTP Address) or the CUSTOM RECIPIENT
that I created (Pager's SMTP address).

If I send a message directly to the Outlook CONTACT, it works, if I send a
message directly to the Exchange CUSTOM RECIPIENT it works. This damn rule
just won't automatically send anything out unless it is another user account
mailbox in Exchange.

Anyone have an idea what I am doing wrong? VVEERRYY frustrating...
