I think you run the standard uninstall.
But then you may have some issue after. You will want to look at this
http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq_sec3.htm and go to section 3.70 for
the info.

This was how I did it.

Let me guess you decided to change to another product cause of this virus. I
did the same thing when ILOVEYOU or Melissa came out (cant remember which)
