Greetings all, I am currently attempting to upgrade our current mailserver--MSExchange 4.0--SP2 to MS Exchange 5.5. I have manuals etc. and thought all was going well. The process started and I could see the progress going through its routine. Currently, the screen has a white background and a blue box where before I could see the installation progress percentage completed information and cursor is now the famous hour glass--like the installation has stalled. My question to you all--is this normal or has the installation indeed stalled? The server OS is NT4.0 SP6.
