MaryAnn, I have it running on my Exchange server, since my exchange server
is also a file server for all my users folders [1]. So I have it setup to
ONLY defrag the harddrive that has the users folders, and I don't have any
of the Exchange stuff using that harddrive. It's been setup like this for
about 2 years and works fine. If exchange is the ONLY thing running on this
machine, there is no need to defrag it with a 3rd party defragger.

[1] Yes, I know that = bad, but it is a PHB decision and as long as it works
I have to leave it that way.

The guy that is responsible for our NT and W2K servers wants to install this
on our exchange server. If it will corrupt something, I'd like to know so I
can tell him that he can't install it. I know that the exchange databases
do their own defrag and I never run eseutil because I've read so many
e-mails from you guys saying not to unless PSS tells me to.

I am running Exchange 5.5 V4 on NT 4 V6.0a.

TIA
