On Exchange 2000 you can setup a contact record with [EMAIL PROTECTED] as the e-mail for that contact and set the user account (properties/Exchange General/Delivery Options) to foward all incoming e-mail to that contact. I'm not sure if this possible with Exchange 5.5 or not.
