I only assume that IIS is releasing the connections OK - is there a quick
sanity check for this? (I am definitely NOT an IIS guru). I tried a reboot
and the issue comes right back. I did go thru the troubleshooting doc and
followed the steps there too. I don't know why it works for a while, then
jams up, then works again. I would have figured that a permission issue, or
something like that, would just kill it altogether. But I've been wrong
(several million) times before. Any other suggestions (before I head for
the roof?)
