you can block - none; some; all;
you cant block all except... 

and you can only block filenames OR extensions from what i can remember..

True but I don't think GroupSUCKS will let you specify to block everything
(*.*) and then specifically allow certain files that you need.
This is what William was talking about (and probably has implemented in his
Exchange paradise) and I like the idea very much myself..

Yes, Antigen allows you to block filename or *.extension. However,
Groupshield will allow you to block filename and extension - but it requires
service patch 7 obtainable from their prime support.
