Hi All,

My exchange server has been a bit slow for the past two mornings. When I
checked the CPU/Memory usage, it seems that events.exe is among the top
three. It was about 50% when users complained about slow performance. I
know that process is related to the Microsoft Exchange Event Service.
I am thinking that it's normal to have this process using a decent amount
of CPU but not that much. My thinking is that since I have a number of
scripts running on our resources, the latter would consume some CPU/memory
but 50% was not that reasonable. I have about 200 resources on one server.
Right now, events.exe is using about 250MB of memory!! even more than the
information store service.

Have anyone experienced similar problems? How can I troubleshoot this?

Thanks,
Rodney Li
