Win2K SP1 / Exchange 5.5 SP4

We have been successfully running backups of the information store until
yesterday when we received access denied errors in the BE log when trying to
backup the information store. Here's what has been done so far after
talking to Veritas.

They were concerned that we were scheduling backup jobs using different
admin accounts. I was doing some disaster recovery testing on a backup
server and I used my admin acccount to schedule them. That's when this
seemed to start.

They suggested that we create an account to be used for scheduling, gave
it rights to Exchange, and changed the service account for all BE services
to that acccount. It still failed with the same error.

I am waiting for Veritas Tech support to come on the line. While I was
sitting here listening to their wonderfully boring music, I thought I'd
throw it out there and see if anyone's seen this before.

Thanks,

Tom Cross
