Got a call from a friend asking for help - they're dealing with a user's PST file that was pw protected and of course the user forgot the password - so now it's extremely protected. Any hope for this file? Or should they just say "c'est la vie" and move on to a clean mailbox? Is there a "technique" to access this thing?
