If your director is stupid, you don't have to be.You should tell him, it's not good idea. But, we know "directors".... First, create HTML formated mail (5-10KB) with link(s) to your director's document(s) placed "somewhere in Internet" (with better connection than you have, of course). So, document(s) will be downloaded to recipients computer on opening that message. Second, try better format or compression.
