It looks to me that the "problem" is on their email server. It's getting to them and the error message is coming back from them and not your exchange server sooo, it's really out of your hands.....

If anyone can throw some light on anything in the message I would be very grateful. In particular I would like to know if it is Our Exchange server 5.5 SP4 running on NT4 SBS or there mail server that is causing the problem.
