Hi Martin, I recall reading a few threads on this list discussing some issues/problems with SP4. As ours isn't the biggest or most complex network Exchange shouldn't really be dealing with the compatability issues that a server in a large enterprise might so I figured I would hold off for a while, especially as we had no problems with what is a very important tool for the company.
Perhaps this is a lesson to me to apply latest service packs asap. By the way, it was me that uses the Hellspawn that is CA's av product. What is AVAPI that you mentioned?
