When
we had some 'trouble' with some apprentices who where let's say, testing the
capacity of the email system. We used Seagate Analysis (Crystal reports
also does this) and some pre-written reports to produce reports on the top
senders and receivers.
I was
somewhat surprised when the top sender clocked up in the region of one email
every 30 seconds (worked out over a working week). Strangely, after
leaving the report on my desk for a few days the numbers dropped
considerably.
Seagate Analysis or Crystal reports is propably worth a look for the
reporting.
