To sum up User1 sends email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]: attachment not recieved User2 sends email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]: attachment received.
Now, here's some random senerios. 1. Recipient1 is blocking by Attachment type? (I know we do). 2. User1 is infected by a virus and the email is being striped with no end user notification. 3. User1 is not really sending an attachment, merely thinks he/she is. Based on your info, I would ignore random senerio 1 and look at 2-3.
