It's not my file, a user who needs his mail(and created his personal folder local rather than to the network share, so there's no backup), I was brought in yesterday when all of a sudden his PC kept locking up when going into Outlook. The pst itself crashes anything that tries to touch it. I've run Scanpst with no luck, it gives me an error 25 minutes after I start it saying I don't have proper permissions on the file. I'm currently seeing what I can do with a backup/restore/redirect. Thanks much for everyone's suggestions.
