RE: Viewing contacts

I am not following you sorry.  Maybe not explaining well enough.  We have some admin people who send out group emails to clients.  These admins go through the partners contacts to get the addresses.  So I have given permission to the admins to read and view  the  contact lists.  One of the partners puts nothing in his contact list everything is in a sub folder of the contact list by company name he deals with.   If I go to file open... open other users folder...
