You should be able to set relaying from this IP and put the ip of the
relay machine in the list. We have to do this for like backup exec and
stuff using the smtp mailer we have to allow the e2k smtp to relay for
its own ip or any ip on the network that has backup exec.

Subject: Allowing Rly

I am trying to set up some monitoring tools on my Exchange Server.
Currently am running Ex 5.5 SP 4+ on an NT 4 PDC SP 6a+. I have on the
routing tab to allow hosts and clients with these address - is blank as
per the relay prohibit guidelines. So, here's the question -I want to be
able to send to my internal addresses as well as send an automated email
to a foreign address [EMAIL PROTECTED] Whenever I send, I get a relay
error (which I understand is correct).

How can I open things up for 1 address but still keep it locked down?
