Mail Essentials by GFI will do content(words) filtering as well.  It checks the email prior to it going to the Exchange server so it never gets to the users mailboxes.  Mgmt. here at my location wanted this type of solution and were willing to pay for it.  You can add to the list of words to filter for as things come in that slip through.  Mail Essentials has a lot of other features as well, Auto-Response, disclaimer, smtp traffic reporting, message size restrictions, mail relay and blocking attachments.  It's a nice product with multiple features for the money.

Antigen 6.5 does include file / content filtering features you may find useful.

Hello gang,

I'm using Exchange Server 5.5 on an NT server 4.0 with sp6
The Outlook client on my desktop is 2000

I have unwanted messages reaching my InBox on a daily basis. Spam and sexually explicit solicitations. I keep sending stuff to the Junk folders but new ones just keep coming.

What is everyone using to control this at the Server level?

Thanks in advance,

Nelson Aguillon
