I've got a mailbox I can't get access to /can't get rid of and some issues
with the store/priv.edb.

The server's running 5.5 SP4 in an 2K native mode domain.  I noticed that
the store.exe process was gobbling up CPU time (~50% on dual P3 800's). 
When I try to stop the process, it hangs.  I can manually kill it through
Task Mgr.  When I restart it, the CPU use is minimal for several hours,
then goes back to ~50% use.

I can get the database to a consistent state using isinteg -patch, but
when I try to run 'isinteg -pri -fix -test alltests' it hangs on the 2d
test with JET_errRecordDeleted (I'm using MS' Q272570 as a reference).  I
can't find any references to this error on Technet, execpt in the list of
error codes.

The store restarts, and all of the other mailboxes seem fine.

And, oh by the way, the problem mailbox belongs to the newly hired IT
director... A mailbox created for another new hire has no problems.

Any suggestions?
