We are running Exchange 5.5 SP4 with Outlook 2000. We received a question from one of our managers regarding creating an appointment and inviting others. He wants to know if there is a way to stop people that he invites to a meeting from forwarding it to other users. His point is that if he invites 10 people to a meeting, and plans on that many people being there, he doesn't want to have these people forwarding it to 10 other people. I appreciate any help with this.
