Yes, it really IS SPAM, unless the opt in list is a reality, which I still doubt.   She did an initial round yesterday at 900 mails in 15 minutes. Exchange was screaming, and all remote users called in to see why they could not get their mail.   I convinced them to stop this morning until this can be discussed further.
