PTR record, yes. I will explain.
The one that works is from [EMAIL PROTECTED]
The one that does not work is [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This does not work on ONLY 1 specific
external domain. [EMAIL PROTECTED]
The host record for email.msmary.edu
points to a front end server.
The MX record email.msmary.edu points to
the backend.
The host record for the backend resolves
to servername.mount.domain.msmary.edu. NOT email.msmary.edu

2000. It only
happens with one external domain. We can send to anybody else so far.

Any ideas on this?
I have two exchange
servers. The users on one have the email address

[EMAIL PROTECTED]
When we send to a certain
organization, [EMAIL PROTECTED] goes through fine. If we send to the
same organization from [EMAIL PROTECTED] we get :

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server.
