If you
open the Exchange admin and click on connections, Internet mail service do you
see a bunch of email waiting to be delivered in the outbound queue? Or if you
click on the routing tab is the option to re-incoming mail selected? These are
ways to check and see if you're currently relaying mail or potentially setup to
relay.
