Title: Replies via HTML

New issue for me, maybe someone else has seen this before…
Exchange 2000 SP2
Outlook 2002 - field user configured to deliver to pst.  (Yeah, I know not the greatest idea, but until synch times improve over dialup our users will continue to demand the quicker delivery on pst)

We have a user that cannot reply to HTML messages without getting a failure notification (See below).  If she changes the format to Rich Text or Plain text it goes through every time and if she creates a new message to the user it works fine because her default message format is Rich Text.

Remote could not submit the message at the serverNetwork problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer.

I searched Technet and could not find anything.  If nothing is found in the next couple weeks, I am going to have her send in her laptop when she is on vacation and reload Outlook but would love to avoid that if possible.

Thanks,
   Peter Dahl.
