I acquired a title a few years back. I was known as the "Evil" Network Guy.
I give the users all the tools they need to do their jobs, but I do not
allow things like word as an email editor that fscks up machines and can
propogate viruses. :o)

that they

will not
know how to copy and past it. If they know the location they can
insert a

cleaner. I
would not want to receive a message full of 3 line links that were
pasted
in. When it could be a few words to accomplish the same results.

hyperlink a

email
editor, you can send a hyperlink to a file without having to send
the file
as an attachment. My question is, if I send the doc as an attachment
it will
go regardless of folder rights. If I use a hyperlink, will the user
need
access to the folder which contains the document that the hyperlink
is
        pointing to?
