Matthew... did you check your bandwitch/throughput rates? Are the NICS on the server set to auto-negotiate on CISCO switches? We've had massive problems in the past with auto-neg.

I am not sure what is going on, but I will be glad when this freak is laid to rest. Event log has nothing in it but a few "network connection" errors, which is rather odd.
