Matthew... did you check your bandwitch/throughput rates?  Are the NICS on the server 
set to auto-negotiate on CISCO switches?  We've had massive problems in the past with 
auto-neg.

It is FINALLY taking a Move Mailbox on some of these guys I had left. I
rebooted 3 times, and verified that all MS Exch services started up (some
just stopped starting on startup) and verified that AV was off.

I have moved 2 so far, but it is freaking slow. I am not sure what is going
on, but I will be glad when this freak is laid to rest.

Event log has nothing in it but a few "network connection" errors, which is
rather odd. I am not sure what is causing this evil thing, but I am moving
these boxes and jumping ship!
