Mike,

 

Ask a question like this and you'll get lots of "We have - we love it (sic)" answers. These won't help you. Best to start the question like that and then go on to ask any specific questions - that way people that haven't used the product can ignore the rest of the message and those that have can attempt to answer the questions.
