Hello all,

I have two users with this problem (different servers, same site):

When creating a new message, they click the 'To...' button, switch to Contacts in the 'Show names from the...' field, and start to scroll down the list.  Each of them get about 1/3 - 1/2 of the way down the list, then Outlook freezes for a few seconds & then displays the error:  "Outlook.exe has encountered an error"; they click OK & Outlook quits.

Both are running Outlook 2000 on Win2K Pro.  Exchange version is 5.5 sp4 running on Win2k server.

Any ideas or suggestions?
