I'm sorry, we're using Outlook 2000. I'm thinking it's more on the
server side.

Your answer is well documented in the following Q Article. You can
increase
the time out value or suppress the message completely.

Subject: Exchange 5.5 to 2000 Upgrade

We just upgraded our network from nt4/exch5.5 to 2KAD/Exch2K. Quite
often when someone opens Outlook on their desktop, they will get the
"Microsoft Exchange Server is Unavailable" message. Upon clicking
"Retry" the almost always get in, but this problem is quite annoying.
Anyone have any experiences on this?

Any help is appreciated,

Thank you,

Jim
