 We are running E 5.5 SP4 on Win2k sp2.

We had a user delete a public folder.
We have item retention turned on
I go to Recover Deleted Items, and I see the folder.

I click Restore and you see it make a folder called

 FOLDER (recovered) 4aa9c467

 that number keeps changing.
then i get an error saying
"Outlook was unable to recover some or al of the items in this folder.
Make sure you have the required permissions to recover items in this
 folder."

I have all the rights in the world..
 help?
