It's probably time to call PSS. But what the hell, I got an hour to kill. What exact make, model, version, and service pack of antivirus software do you have on the machine? Did you disable all non-essential services when you installed SP3? This includes your antivirus software. For some reason I've got this jones for the scoop on your AV.
