Hi - i want to setup a 2nd Exchange 5.5 server for the purpose of migrating all of the mailboxes, resources, etc.. from the now existing exchange 5.5 server.  I want it to be in the same domain but I want to start off fresh and just move the mailboxes not inherit the properties of the current one, not even the current system attendant..  What is the best way to do this? Is it ok to setup a 2nd Exchange 5.5 server in the same site? Then use move mailbox or exnerge?
