If it's Exchange 5.5 ...open Exchange Admin...go to Tools...Forms
Administrator...click on the folder and click the "Permissions" button to
change the permissions.

I can't believe I actually have a question for this world renowned group!  I
hope I don't embarrass myself too much...

A member of our staff is in the process of developing forms to be used with
Outlook, and needs to occasionally publish forms to the Organization.  In
the past, I have just logged in as the network administrator to accomplish
this task for him.  Is there a way to "grant" his account permission to
publish forms to the Exchange Server?
