If it's Exchange 5.5 ...open Exchange Admin...go to Tools...Forms Administrator...click on the folder and click the "Permissions" button to change the permissions.

I hope I don't embarrass myself too much... A member of our staff is in the process of developing forms to be used with Outlook, and needs to occasionally publish forms to the Organization. In the past, I have just logged in as the network administrator to accomplish this task for him. Is there a way to "grant" his account permission to publish forms to the Exchange Server?
