If you pull a bonehead move and delete a user account and you need to reconnect a mailbox, how do you speed Exchange up so that you can reconnect to the mailbox? In other words, I wasn't paying attention and deleted a user account, and now I need to reconnect the mailbox pronto but the mailbox isn't showing up in the ESM with a red x.
