Exchange MVP, Michael B. Smith (a frequent poster and savior of this list) used to be the VP of Managed Services at Blue Ridge InternetWorks. I'm not sure where he's working now since his blog has moved off from their servers - but if I was ever to put my trust in a hosted Exchange environment - I'd want him to be running it.
