Well, I ask because you specifically said that relaying was not allowed.
When you use SMTP to send email to a non-local domain: thats relaying.  And
open relay is when its done without required authentication or some other
ACL requirement, like IP or email addresses.

It is possible for a server to not allow any relaying at all, so I just
wanted to make sure that wasn't the case here.  You do allow authenticated
connections to relay, so your SMTP client will need to be configured in a
similar fashion for it to work.

No authentication, no relay.
